Our FREE phone consultations will help you understand if JREY is for you and you for us. They do not include town planning advice or plan reviews.
Our PAID phone consultants start at $100 where you can discuss your project with a town planner verbally. No written advice is provided.

Our Preliminary Planning Reviews are PERFECT for one off property purchases or for detailed due diligence. Our expert town planners will review your project over 1-5 business days and will provide considered and detailed information to assist you to make an educated decision on your vision.

JREY town planners can attend an online meeting with you, your chosen consultants and Council to discuss your proposal.

Have a development approval but the conditions of development or infrastructure charges aren’t ideal? Within days of obtaining approval you can lodge a request for a negotiated decision notice.

Making a minor amendment to your proposal plans after they have been approved? You can engage JREY to determine if a minor change application is required, OR if this can be avoided by provision of ‘generally in accordance’ advice.
