It was originally proposed to remove the 2 existing dwellings from the subject site and subdivide the amalgamated property (2 lots) into 7 lots.

The subdivision was reconfigured in a way to allow for reduced street access and a minimum rear lot size of 600m2 to be met. All frontage allotments have a site area exceeding 400m2, and all rear lots will have a site area exceeding 600m2.

Lot access was reduced during the Information Request period of the development application from 4 access points to only 2 access points to Ham Road. Lot 1, 2 4, 5 and 6 share an access through the easement provided. The access driveway to Lot 3 is approximately 17.6m away from the crossover of the shared access easement.
