The original Brisbane City Council approval was for:
- Material Change of Use Development Permit – House On Small Lot
- Material Change of Use Development Permit – House On Small Lot
- Reconfiguring a Lot Development Permit – Subdivision of Land
JREY was engaged to obtain a minor change for plan changes specifically to one Material Change of Use (Development Permit) for a House on a Small Lot.
The changes were contained within the approved building envelope footprint, do not alter approved site coverage, building height or setbacks and are largely internally contained.
The proposed changes do not introduce any new non compliances with the Dwelling House (small lot) code, Low-medium density residential zone code and the Coorparoo and Districts Neighbourhood plan code. As such, the minor change remained consistent with the assessment benchmarks in the Brisbane City Plan 2014.
