This Brisbane City Council approved development was for a predominantly two-storey dwelling house with partial ‘third storey’ undercroft.  The existing house on the site was of post-war (>1946) construction and could be removed without a planning permit.

The subject site was heavily constrained by overland flow, traditional building character overlay and was a small lot of 407m2.
