JREY obtained development approval for five architecturally designed townhouses within the medium density residential zone of Redland City Council.
The proposed development was in prime location for higher density living development. The site was located within easy walking distance to a range of parks, shopping, dining opportunities and public transport services.

It was determined that the proposal was compliant with the below relevant codes of the Redland City Plan 2018:

  • Medium density residential zone code
  • Healthy waters code
  • Infrastructure works code
  • Landscape code
  • Transport, servicing, access and parking code
