JREY obtained a heritage exemption certificate from the Department of Environment and Science seeking referral exemption for proposed internal works to a commercial Heritage building in Spring Hill.
Additionally, JREY obtained written advice from Brisbane City Council stating that the proposed works were accepted development, not requiring further development permits.
Obtaining the heritage exemption from the State government and written advice from the local Council gave our client peace of mind, the ability to de-risk and speed up the fit-out of the commercial office.
