🏡 This approval includes two significant permits: Material Change of Use (Development Permit) and Carry Out Building Work (Development Permit) for a New Dwelling House in the Traditional Building Character Overlay. 🏰✨

🎨 The design elements of the neighbouring pre-war dwellings were thoughtfully integrated into the new dwelling house design. This includes pitched roofing, a solid ground floor base, a balcony without balustrade, and windows of similar proportions.
